Sam Tizzone
Sam entered the industry in 1985 and co-founded Zonie Property Group in 1988 and has never looked back. Sam has in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in every field of building and construction. His strengths lie in project management, construction management and his credentials are second to none when it comes to the final delivery of a project.
Nick tizzone
Nick entered the industry in 1987 and co-founded Zonie Property Group just a year later. Having run the Group for over 33 years now, he is an extremely knowledgeable allrounder. Although his forte is acquisitions, planning, finance, contracts, sales, leasing and the management of the Group's investment portfolio, Nick is involved in every facet of the business and is a real 'stickler for detail'.

Having seen that Zonie Property Group was destined for great things, Paul joined his older brothers in 1989 and has been an invaluable part of the trio ever since. Over the course of 31 years, he has amassed an amazing wealth of experience in the building industry. From project management and construction management to final delivery, hands-on Paul is very much a 'doer'.
